Return of Limited Power of Attorney Documents by Retired UAL Pilots

I have had requests from pilots to return the Limited Power of Attorney document via email.  On balance, the best thing is to send by US Mail or Federal Express, if possible.  The reason is that I may need an original signature for comparison purposes when we request documents from PBGC.  It is easier to just gather the PoA documents with original signatures in the first instance, than submitting pdf documents that might need to be verified later with original documents.

Therefore–please return your Limited Power of Attorney document VIA US Mail or Federal Express:
