Most often companies don’t need a large firm and don’t need to engage in litigation. Many business disputes can be resolved discreetly and quickly, without litigation, if one of the lawyers involved is motivated to make that happen.

However, when cases against large companies arise, a client is sometimes served to litigate rather than negotiate. Big companies often try to overwhelm smaller opponents with legal maneuvering rather than settle for fair value–it is just a matter of economics that lawyers are cheaper to pay than large settlements.  The only solution to this is to engage in aggressive litigation.

In small to medium-sized litigation matters our core team of professionals is more than enough to match up against any opponent. In larger cases, we often partner with other firms who can help bring more manpower to the joint litigation effort.
